Over the years I’ve learned there’s a lot more to wedding photography than just getting some good shots of the bride and groom…. to me it’s about telling a complete story.
During the wedding I rely heavily on my photojournalism background to capture all the details, the spontaneous moments and the big picture of the entire day. Then I take my skills as an artist and self proclaimed historian to create a beautiful album that relives the day for years to come.

The first part of my job is to help the couple with their planning needs. Before your wedding I personally work with you to design a package to fit your unique requirements. Once you’ve booked with me I like to meet with you to discuss details. This helps me know exactly what you expect and want.
On your wedding day I’m at your disposal. Please don’t be afraid to ask me to shoot something. I’m flexible and want to help insure that your day goes smoothly. I want to capture the emotion and connection each couple has with one another and with their family and friends. So, whether your wedding takes place in a church, on a beach, or in a family backyard, with 10, 50, or 300 guests I will make sure that your moments of joy, love and laughter are captured.
I think it is important to do the “set up” family shots, however, to make those shots less traditional, I like to take the time to create fun and unique portraits, and then after those shots are complete, I photograph the spontaneity of the day. Although candid shots are my favorite, I make sure I get a wide range of everything, so when I put your album together there will be the perfect variety of photos to tell the whole story.
Depending on the style of wedding album you choose, please expect at least four to six weeks to receive your completed album. Thanks for your patience. |
