For some reason, most people don’t like to have their picture taken. Unfortunately we are all way too self-conscious and self-critical. I believe that if we can put our inhibitions aside and just be ourselves, then our true spirit will come out and the best photographs will be created.

memorable experience. And thirdly, I give each client a final product that serves their needs as well as documents this period in their life.
Whether you want to build a modeling portfolio, get a photo for a new business card, get a family photograph or have your high school senior portraits done, my goal is to make you feel and look beautiful. I want to find the “real” you.
I prefer to shoot in different environments to create fun and interesting shots. Rather than shooting with typical angles, I’m always searching for a new way to see through my lens and do something unusual with each person.
Most of my shoots are done on location, which means at your home or a place we've chosen. I generally work outdoors, but for more intimate portraits I shoot in my studio or in a place with great window light.
I suggest you wear casual, comfortable and simple clothing. Solid colors in medium to dark tones are best. For black&white, white or any dark color is great. Anything with texture (denim, fleece, linen, etc.) photographs well. Please avoid logos or busy prints. Feel free to bring more than one outfit if you can't decide on one. For color, it's good to choose colors that go well with the other people in the photo.
The sitting fee is due at the end of the shoot. Your proofs will be ready within 10 to 15 working days. Once you've made your selections it takes another three weeks to receive your order. Please allow more time during the holiday season. Half of your payment is due on the day you place your order and the final balance is due when it is picked up. Thank you.
Keep in mind that you're getting pictures taken to remember this time in your life. My most successful shoots are those that are relaxed, casual and spontaneous: don't be nervous, it's fun. |
